  • A list of available printers  will appear

Wireless access


Employees and students at AU can connect to Eduroam, using the following credentials:

  • Username: AU email address
  • Password: password from (AU self service)

How to create a guest login


If you need to access the AU server while not connected to the AU network (eg. to access files saved on the server), you can install a VPN client, which grants you access to most AU services off campus.

Install a VPN client

  • Open a browser and go to:
  • Group: select "ARTS"
  • Username: hum\username (username = "XXX"
  • Password: password associated with your Outlook account.
  • Click "Login" to start the installation
