Introduction of Mikkel Fristrup Schou

New scientific employee at UrbNet.

I finished my master's degree in Physics at Aarhus University in June 2017. My master's thesis, which Associate Professor and UrbNet core group member Jesper Olsen supervised, concerned the propagation of carbondioxid through the ocean from the atmosphere, using the carbon-14 produced from the nuclear tests performed in the 1950s and 1960s, embedded in fish otoliths. From the 1st of September, I am assigned to assist Postdoc Bente Phillipsen regarding the adjustment of the atmospheric carbon-14 calibration curve from decadedal to annual resolution for two separate periods spanning 200 years in total.
